Yoga and Meditation Retreats

Book some time off work, and join me for a blissful week of yoga and meditation. 


Every year I run retreats to beautiful destinations around the world - from the peaceful British countryside to the mountains of Portugal, the stunning Greek Cyclades to the beaches of Thailand and Goa.


Retreats are the perfect way to go deeper with your practice, while bringing your focus within. You can expect daily meditation, deep vinyasa flow classes, and interactive workshops looking at various aspects of your practice - including pranayama, bhandas, alignment, nidra, mudhra, mantra, chanting and exploration of the subtle body.


Each practitioner will be closely supported and guided on their journey, receiving a high level of individual attention. Beginners are absolutely welcome!
