When it comes to growing and birthing babies, our bodies already know what to do. It's our job to do what we can to help nature do its thing. That means working with our bodies to soften and open, while building strength and stamina

 

I aim to help pregnant mamas tune into their bodies, connect with their babies and find their inner strength, within a supportive community atmosphere. With a specially designed flow of asanas, breathing exercises, meditation and vocal toning, you will be empowerd to own your own birth and trust your inner wisdom.
