Yoga is not only for the flexible. It's for anyone that wants to experience the many physical, emotional and mental benefits it brings. And because I believe that yoga should be available to everyone, my classes are designed to welcome all levels. With modifications and variations of classic postures, my classes are accessible to beginners, while still challenging the more experienced practitioner.
I teach a strong and graceful Vinyasa Flow, with a focus on intelligent alignment, breath work and mindful body awareness. I also teach Hot, Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga.
At all of my classes, you will be welcomed into a supportive environment, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I hold weekly classes at triyoga's Camden and Soho studios, Down to Earth London in Tuffnell Park, and Yoga on the Lane in Dalston. See Schedule for class timings.
