Yoga and Meditation
From the first time I stepped on the mat, I was hooked. I instantly fell in love with the sense of lightness I felt from my yoga practice. And then the clarity. Then the expansion.
I started to wake up.
In 2012, pulled by forces much larger than myself, I travelled to India and trained at Yoga Vidya Gurukul (Nashik, Maharashtra). Since then I have studied and practiced with many inspirational teachers - including David Swenson, Nadia Narain, Mimi Kuo Deemer, Jean Hall, Naomi Absolom and Kristen Campbell.
I teach a strong, slow and soulful vinyasa flow, with a focus on breath-based movement, the mind-body-spirit connection, and both internal and external alignment. I aim to empower and motivate my students, encouraging each individual practitioner to explore their own potential and deepen their awareness.
